Bringing the NextSteps'
"Racing To Cure Paralysis"
Message to the Public

The "Racing To Cure Paralysis" Advance Teams will work alongside local media, hospitals, schools and churches, sharing the NextSteps Foundation's Mission Statement, goals and objectives, drawing people to the NextSteps' "Racing To Cure Paralysis" race car booth at each event.


What is the Advance Team?

Each Advance Team consists of a two or more person team who have several responsibilities, working in advance of the event with the local media, hospitals, schools and churches.

They also assist in organizing the local supporters to work together to reach the objectives at each event and, if need be, they will train the local supporters on how to present the NextSteps Foundation's goals and objective.


What Other Responsibilities?

The Advance Team is also responsible for transporting the written materials to the various locations prior to the event, as well as signing up physically-challenged and able-bodied people to function as volunteer Crew Team members to hand out promotional and educational flyers.


What are the Benefits?

By working with high profile people from local areas (civic leaders, politicians, celebrities and business owners), the Advance Team's message of "how you can help" in the implementation of new cutting-edge technology that will permit re-education of paralyzed muscles and raising funds for paralysis research. And in doing so will improve the lives of those challenged by paralysis inspiring those willing to hear and foster community involvement.
